A chess club in Essaouira, and a site to keep going between sessions.
The club
Mogador Chess Club meets every week and welcomes players of every level, from complete beginners to club players. Sessions are taught, sets are provided, and you do not need to know how to play to come the first time.
Who it is for
The club is mostly children and teenagers, and adults are welcome too. People come to learn, to play, or simply to watch.
And this site
This site exists for the week between two sessions: progressive lessons, a library of opening traps, exercises to solve and a game against the computer. All of it works without an account, and nothing is sent anywhere.
The association
The club is run under Association Essaouira Mogador, which hosts the sessions and supports the project.
